Bloks is an AI Relationship Intelligence platform for professionals (like those in wealth management, VC, and consulting). It automatically captures, organizes, and synthesizes data from all touchpoints (calls, emails, documents, and web interactions) to create a living, 360° knowledge base.
I led the complete design of Bloks' SaaS product. My process involved strategic and user research to develop user stories, flows, and wireframes I created both high-fidelity prototypes to facilitate user testing and guide development, while also collaborating across teams to define design sprints, project outcomes, and timelines.
The creation of Bloks came as the result of a pivot – what began as a new calendar/scheduling app (Nook) quickly turned into new note-taking app, which quickly evolved into a relationship intelligence platform with the emergence of mainstream AI integrations. Designs were created out of new assumptions and tested with users in real-time.
