NAVBLUE is an Airbus company that specializes in providing a full suite of digital solutions and services for the aviation industry.

I led the complete, human-centered redesign of NAVBLUE’s Operations Control Centre product, focusing specifically on users in highly distractive environments. My process involved strategic and user research to develop user journey maps, flows, and wireframes, alongside organizing and leading user experience workshops and interviews. I created both low- and high-fidelity prototypes to facilitate user testing and guide development, while also collaborating across teams to define design sprints, project outcomes, and timelines.

Improving the user experience

The process

Starts with observing the user to uncover pain points. Based on these insights, we hypothesize specific design changes. These 'bets' were then tested rigorously through prototyping and A/B testing. The process concluded by analyzing the data to confirm if the new UX measurably improves key metrics, validating the design choices before full implementation.
